🔁 Digital Product Policy

Please note that the eBook you purchase is a digital product, delivered in PDF format immediately upon successful payment. As is standard with downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or returns once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

This policy helps us prevent misuse of the content and ensures fairness to the author and the broader community of aspirants.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the product description, sample content (if available), and features before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Scenarios for Refund

Although we follow a no-return, no-refund policy for digital products, we understand that issues may arise in rare cases. A refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Corrupted or Unusable File:
If the eBook file is delivered in a damaged or unreadable format and we are unable to provide a working version within 48 hours of your report.

Duplicate Payment:
If you are charged more than once for the same product, we will initiate a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).

File Delivery Issues:
If, due to a technical glitch or failed transaction, you do not receive access to the eBook after a successful payment—and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours—you are eligible for a full refund.

📅 Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests beyond this time frame may not be considered unless there is a proven technical failure on our part.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You assumed features or benefits not explicitly listed on the product page.
  • You made an unintentional purchase but accessed or downloaded the file.
  • You are dissatisfied without providing specific reasons related to file issues or access problems.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Since the eBook is a non-physical, single-title product, we do not offer product exchanges in the traditional sense.

However, we do consider the following as a form of “exchange support”:

  • If you accidentally purchased the product with the wrong email ID and did not access or download the file, we may help update the delivery email.
  • If we later release an updated version of the same eBook, eligible buyers may be offered access to the latest version free of charge or at a discounted rate.
